Tecta factory in Germany is the institution which officially took the designs of the architect forward and started producing the desk again in contemporary times. The furniture piece is highly minimalist, so much so that it reminds one of desk used by state clerks a few decades ago. However, with a few inspired touches and decorative additions, it can easily be integrated in a modern interior, with spectacular results. Just check out the last photo for a general idea of how this is possible. The Breurer desk is available in white or black and its estimate price is £1,000 – £1,500 ($1,462 – $2,193).
